Liseberg has received no less than five awards for it's attractions at this years European Star Awards and Park World Excellence Awards
At the European Star Awards presented by Kirmes Park & Revue, Helix was praised as Europe's second best steal coaster. Balder came top as Europe's best wooden coaster. Loke was named as Europe's best attraction. We had the pleasure of working on all three of these attractions, so we are exceptionally proud of them all, especially Balder which has been open since 2003 and still holds it's own. Liseberg itself was also named as Europe's third best amusement park climbing one place from the previous year.
Later in the same week the Park World Excellence Awards were held and Valkyria took home the 'Roller Coaster of the Year' award. We are honoured to have been part of the team that brought this roller coaster to life and hope that it's success continues for many years.
Andreas Anderson (CEO of Liseberg) stated that with Balder, Helix, Lisebergbanan, Loke and Valkyria, Liseberg has some of the best attractions in Europe. These awards are a testament to the talent and leadership that the team at Liseberg has and it is such a pleasure for us to continue to work with them on new and exciting projects.
